Working Hard Is a Way of Trying to Control the Uncontrollable
"I love that we seek relief, seeking measures all the time," she says. "We don't want to feel that somatic, felt sense of of what resistance creates in our bodies." The artist is a hard worker who finds it difficult not to get pulled back into work every day. She hopes her death will serve as a catalyst for people to take extra moments and reflect on their lives.
