What's the Vision?

It's really easy to get caught up in the actions and then all of a sudden you're not far away, like distance wide. And I think it's the reconnecting with the vision. When Simon and I built a team at Rebel Business School, we forgot to keep telling everyone the vision. We didn't communicate that strongly enough to get other people excited about where we're going. So Christina, who do you need to become?
