Are You Selling a Business?

There's been a lot of consolidation in the PM industry if someone was in today's just thinking about selling their company what are some things that they should think through before selling yeah. Some people are selling businesses because they want more time free location freedom financial freedom right entrepreneurial freedom or whatever it might be for them and there's some kind of pain that's going to maybe cause them to want to sell but there also could be some kind of purpose that they're trying to try to achieve. So those are my first steps I would say paint to that question okay.
