PIPA is the property investment professionals association. It was started many, many years ago and we admit to all the foundation members of it. Most people don't realize there's no minimum standard for anyone who can get up on stage, on Facebook, on YouTube, on podcasts and give advice. I know the initial intention was to see if one could even get that license, but the government doesn't seem to have any intention of doing that.
