i agree with you that this velocity issue is a real issue. I do think there's a value in anonymous speech. But i'm not necessarily in favor of that. If the power user of twitter were a congressional district, it'd be barberley's. And berkeley id be one of the second or third most progressive districts in the country. You just got a click.
