Seeing Your True Nature in Buddhism

From the moment we're born, we acquire labels and concepts. These things content the way that we view things. When we learn to view our own labels as adjectives instead of nouns, it'll be more like talking to someone who is wearing a blue shirt but doesn't make up who they are. Being able to understand who you are is a seeing your true nature. It's learning to see things as they really are.
