Are Data Teams Imbedded?
i would caution against a centralized team, just because i think being close to your customers is an important part of working with them. What youare really trying to do is aline their incentives with the people that they work with. I have found that for to six is more of a sweet spot for a, at least tata science team. It are focused on analysis. And like i if you are the manager of that junior person who doesn't have anyone else in their domain, it's your job to be their senior person.
