The Freedom of Tossing the Scarlet Letter From a High School Curriculum

I'm the type of person who finds it difficult to hide emotions. So it was with great amusement that my students watched me attempt to teach the Scarlet Letter. One student one of my sharpest said you totally hate this book you should switch it out for something else. And he goes on and then like I probably will get some of that from listeners after this episode goes up. That's what I bet. Yeah. You mentioned Dimmsdale being sort of dim that's not it's sort of the stuff being hidden but not even hidden It's just like it's like flickering or weak or diminishing dimming sense of like a dim light not literally a dim bulb.
