The Impact of No-Cra on the Cosmetics Industry

The vast majority of cosmetics products, the vast, vast majority are completely safe. I think that what we will see are critics of the industry and plaintiff's lawyers looking for new ways to assert that there are unsafe products. Another unsettled question is whether Moqura did not go far enough with federal preemption as it relates to states banning certain ingredients. And so I think that'll get played out in the courts over the next few years.
