The Effects of Stress on Flight Engineers
The captain and the flight engineer were both performing in a time spectrum other than their typical sleep periods. The quality of their rest during that period cannot be equated to that which would have been achieved by sleep, either at home or in a hotel. So was ly first officer? Seems like he did what he was supposed to do, right? He wasn't maybe the captain should have asked him to do some other things, or some different things, but he seemed to have had a handle on what was happening.
