Is There Anything You Can Do About This?
I've seen this happen a number of times with junior associates so like they don't really make the mistake but they're the ones who ultimately get blamed for it is there anything people can do about this? This is such a sticky situation and I think it could depend on like the details of what the issue was generally you know it's not a good idea to throw someone else under the bus right. My advice would be to kind of focus on what the solution is to the problem rather than who did it, because then they'll remember you for that.
