How Much Is Your Business Worth?

You're talking about three times EBITDA, as a rough guide. Just two schools of thought really, you either look at EBITDA or profit. And from my point of view depending on the quality and size of the business somewhere between three and five years is probably the right answer. I don't like the idea of taking on a business thinking it's going to take me more than five years to pay it off. It just isn't fair.
