How to Calculate Fine Grain
Most malt COAs have fine grind but not coarse grind and no fine course difference. "I really wish we didn't have to do two mashes for everything," he says of the analysis process. Coming up, you will not see a hundred percent mech half blend going to an all malt brew house because that's just too hot in terms of the enzymes and too much fan.
