How Do You Manage Group Permissions?

Group permissions are applied to the group, not to the user. Even if I'm going to make a change for one person, I will either do so by modifying existing group or create a new group to address that need. Not using groups is a recipe for disaster, in my opinion. Yeah, absolutely. What else can we talk about? I had another question I forgot about, but I'll try to remember it before we end.
