I agree with Stefan that actually the risk of a potential collapse within this century is higher than previously believed. I also believe that the amok slowing down so far as it has now leading to this cold blob out in the Atlantic has also already an impact on the weather. Part of me would rather not know the answer let's just get on with tackling the underlying driver of it all our human impact on climate. Thanks to Eleanor Freik of Williams and Stefan Ramstorf who were arguing over all this detail at a big conference early this month.
