The Top Lines for Pandemic Removal Operations
During the entire fiscal year 20 21, ices enforcement, removal operations, e r o, they arrested just 74 thousand non citizens and deported just 59 thousand. Two years ago, in f y 20 19, pre pandemic trump administration, it was 267 thousand removals. And even then, there's reason to believe that a good number of even those numbers are not interior removals because typically ice breaks down interior versus border.
