Paul was talking about people who have some outward form of religious expression but are living wicked ungodly lives. God radically saves people all the time, you just see it happen in a more commonplace way during times of revival. If I meet someone that said, you know, I love Jesus but I'm struggling in this area,. I feel miserable about it. So okay, that's someone that's evidencing. There's conviction of sin in their life. They don't want to live the way they used to live. Now let's help them really get grounded or get free so that they can fully live as disciples.
