I think adapting to the individual day in and day out is really where the magic lies. I like looking at how's our body moving as this program's being implemented. Are you feeling better? Are you looking better? Okay. And that's a good sign. But your joints are hurting you? All right. We got to assess what's going on. Hmm. Yeah. What about injury proofing your clients for like, potentially intense stunt work and stuff?Yeah. Like an actor is probably like for every role getting in some degree of like doing some degree of exercise tweaking,. Right? It's interesting on what level it is.
