Introduction
If we had to reboot the Constitution, write an entirely new one from scratch, what would you want it to look like? The thing that stands out in my mind as the most atavistic about the Constitution is geography. In 1776, the total population of the United States was 2.5 million people. Today our president is from Delaware; I don't even really think it's a state.
