Tweaking bad habits isn't easy. Our brains are wired to seek out patterns and routines, and breaking away from them can feel uncomfortable and even scary. But the benefits of tweaking bad habits far outweigh the discomfort of change. By tweaking bad habits, we can improve our health, relationships, and overall well-being.
