The Importance of Justice in the Reconstruction of Society
Both Hayek and Rawls are concerned with justice, right? So what you call the entitlements. I think to me the question is, once you start to challenge those, how far do we go? And then if we are going to reconfigure society, so as to redistribute status and social esteem, can we do that within this framework? How do we reconcile that attention with some consideration of the right?
