Sally Kohn: What were some of the things you had to do to overcome these, I guess, challenges, mental roadblocks? Because you said you wanted to be a partner from the beginning. How did you go about doing that then?Kohn: You have to believe in your own excellence first and foremost. Then you also have to be patient, have a thick skin. And if you want to be a super successful lawyer or a business person for that fact, you must treat your job like a career.
