Is Crusader Kings 3 Free?

I'm really curious to see where it goes, because on a basic level, i kind of like the idea that people can try out these games for either is part of it, you know, an expand ora subscription they'realready paying for. The base game's free if you pick it up this week. And i think total war war hammer one also did this. At some point, it might just be totally, the first game might be free.
