Is the Company in a Leadership Position?

My client has been a good friend and a good client for many, many years. And he was going through the process of deciding whether or not he should stay with that company. He works 12 to 15 hours a day. He works six days a week. The company is a high stress, high profile company because it's tied in with military inferstructure and civil inferstructure,. Is the company respecting him at the same level that he respects himself? Here he's in this point of cognitive dissonance where he is not in a leadership role.
