The Profit of Doom
"Any social theory needs to have a principle of selection," says Julian Zelizer. "He hasn't neutrally chosen like what phenomena to focus on because I think he always has in view how do we identify the points of like pressure or levers potential levers that can be pulled?" He was often called 'the profit of doom' for his work, but it's not really doom-pilled actually as he never lets outside escape his view.
