Dance Math - Theme for Dancers
Last year we featured a young lady named ina, who's also a detroiter like me, and she is a mathematician. And whatever they do in their either career or hobby, or both, we turn that into a theme. So we did dance math, and the whole box was around dance mast so what does that look like? Every box comes with the story of the woman mathematician. We interview them, and we write a byo and tarnett into something that the kids can read. Then we also include three to five items to bring the theme to life,. understanding that a lot of times math doesn't feel tangible. It feels very abstract.
