Traffic Light Systems - How Do They Work?

i think they're building a road bridge in england across the seven river. They hadn't done testing of the half finished bridge, and so it ended up getting some nasty wind resonance type thing and made it. This happened when i was a kid, i guess; that bridge was like, unbuilt for like, a decade or something. Maybe it was just an excuse of some engineeing or funding issue. But it was always said that was because of the fact that they hadn't tested for wind resonance of the partially finished bridge. And so they were they couldn't work on this bridge ecause things kept on instead of being blown around by the wind.
