John Hast John Loves to Work With Different Motives

John the baptist is obviously the son of zachariah, a priest. So it's not at all hard to imagine that there are familiar connections within the havara to priesthood. One of john's big motifs, john hast john loves to work with different motifs. Could they all have been intentional? And or did he really mean to work just like a hundred different motifs into his gospel? I don't i don't know.
