How Did You Get Your First Job at Age 23?

i got my master's degree after teaching camatry for three years. And every time i would get an interview, i'ud be toldt i was too young to be a principal. So if i would teach half time chemistry and be a prince assistent principiht have a better chance at the job. I think it's like, it was luck. But i also practised something my grandmother told me many years ago, that te your name those places your face never sees.
