How to Negotiate a Solar Finance Deal for a Single Family House and Duplex in Atlanta

A single family house and a duplex on two separate lots were neighboring each other. The seller's husband before he passed away actually had built both properties. They were severely under rented though, as far as the tenants that were in the duplex. So it made more sense to attempt to negotiate a deal with the seller and do solar finance so that he get that loan closed and she can move on.
