Do You Think That the Members of Congress Are Looking at Ukraine?
Sophia: The administration never really expected their deterrents efforts to work in ukraine. I therefore think that what they are doing in tiwan, across the strait is actually completely different. And it looks like we had a deterrence failure in ukrane, and now we're at risk of having one in tiwan and ther. But i think it goes to what i was saying earlier, which is that, you know, the congress and the administration just see this situation so differently, and they're really talking past each other.
