In the context of the learning strategy itself, what was their role in either, you know, shaping, reviewing, approving, championing the learning strategy? Ye, so they am, they provided because we had set them up at the same time. And then right down to small things, they've supported me with mentoring and coaching on how to deal with this person or that person. All of that has been really critical to getting the leaning strategy done.
