I love the transformation of it from a food that was once the pinnacle of like, oh my, we're dining on gelatin tonight. You know, that it's that side dish there, but that it warms its way through our culture into something that's then just fun for kids. And now it's to the point where I don't even like I've never served my daughter, Jello. That is really fascinating. Who knew the history of things could be so exciting?
