There's a big concern about if you bring thing back from mars, for example. And we know that microbes can survive in almost any nook and cranny of the earth. There are strains of bacillas that could probably survive the trip there and back. So to we just have to know whether bacteria will ever evolve to be able to build their own spaceships. This is what should worry us.
