The Challenges of Remote Work

Soper in si fol thinks, thinks a lot. So am, what challenges do you imagine we will face? Some of our teams return to the offices, and others will continue working from home. And i think all the more we'll have to be intentional about making sure that we're communicating well as a team. Ah, and then scheduling things like virtual happy hours and stuff, or playing a game together. A has been something that we've been intentional about as well. In ways that we i don't think we would have thought doing remote connection could have been as fun as it was. But necessity is the mother of invention so here we are.
