What Is Conversational AI?
When I started the company in 2013, we're going to finish 10 years in August. conversational AI is a technology where you can converse with an AI engine for topics and questions ranging from what's the weather to customer support within the bank or telco. It uses what we call natural language processing. On our today, they are referred to as large language models.
