JJ: The amount of regulatory burden that you must have gone through doing these things like think of swimming as a registered brokerage it's you know compliance and all of those things into having your own exchange and the compliance issues around having an exchange and clearing and I mean those things are I'm just in awe That was what I wanted our legacy to be really so we're still with them today.
