Kentucky No Knock Warrants - Is That Really True?

Kentucky has largely gotten rid of no knock warrants. That is for circumstances where there's a potentially human life at stake. A lot of warrants are served without knocking and not labeled 'no knock warrants' As in the case of the Breonna as in case Breonna Taylor, there's precious little evidence that the officers involved did what they were supposed to do.
