The European Union, According to a Thought Experiment, Is a Double Sovereign
A European Union would be if its constitution had been brought into existence by a double sovereign, says Lord Tebbit. "The philosophers are strong in providing thought experiments," he adds. The constitutional authority is to be composed of the entire citizenry of Europe on one end and different peoples of nation states on the other.
