The Importance of Context in Product Management

There is no playbook. There is only what is right for the environment you're in. It's 90% context, 10% frameworks and tactics as a PM. And really it depends on your software, right? Because your social network, you want people logging in every day. You want that daily to monthly looking at, you know, as close to 100% as you can get. But if you're like tax software, for instance, you have people logging every day, you get some serious problems.
