How Do You Sleep?

Don't drink, get enough sleep, keep stress down and try to be as happy as you can. You want to avoid eating within three hours before going to bed. Some form of mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises are good for heart health. There's more specific things we can get into related to other modalities but i think that sort of a good general range of stuff.
