The Ten Household System in China

Chin chango was a long time party member. He had risen through the ranks and had eventually been assigned to tibet. In shin on he took many these ten household systems and expanded them in ways that weren't really seen before. It's very clear that chin changa was very much about internal security. And what that means is that, as he continues rising in the communist party, he'll probably be some kind of stote like figure who has files on everyone.
