Innovitien is a core value, right of it comes from the founders. When i joined there was this 20 % time for personal projects that some people copy from gugal. That was clearly not working. So we tried to move all the fridays at the end of the quarter into two weeks. And then whad happenon the first time? It absolutely blew our mind. We were surprised that 60% of the projects were actually prodfunctionalities. Some product managers now book the spring in which they're going to start production.
