A lot of timeswe, we're more stress, and we're more than we can ever really possibly imagine. So this decompression at night thing is a real thing. You have to take it with some sort of seriousness. And i've gone as far as to be just totally hippy about it and try to introduce a bunch of protocols. A cold plunge is a great option. Cold punges are better. Coald punches are better. Mouthsa aaik o. Another rim jug ia. All these things are supposed to help set er circaty in rhythm. I know people talk about doing that in the morning, but i think it's effective to do it
