The Importance of Having a Voice in Security
I reject a notion that many of the industry ascribes to that, you know, end users are just dumb and they purposely try to do dumb things. I think people always, it's human nature to try to be helpful. It's in their best interest at work to do their job. And if security tends to show up and put up a lot of roadblocks without really offering alternatives, offers explanations, it's always do this or else.
