Microsoft and Activision Will Appeal the $3 Billion Deal
The immediate effects of this are Activision stocks back at that $75 point. Microsoft could get really nasty and stop updating operating systems, but it'll be interesting to see how they handle this. They've had these points where the whole thing could fall apart and they basically pay Activision a fee and then it's done, right? Everybody goes their separate ways.
