Is Consciousness a Deviation of Evolution or a Part of It?

Do you still believe or am I getting wrong what you've said in the past about consciousness being a deviation of evolution rather than a part of it? Because I take issue with that woman because I don't like it. And if I said that, that's not quite right. Like, I do think that consciousness is a manifestation of this isolation and reality. What it may be the ego is a little bit kind of like neither here nor there,. But I would be what I say is almost given enough time the universe is going to create consciousness and self consciousness and reason.
