Gogef's Dances
Steiner and Gogef both had this I don't know all that much about urethne but the movements for Gogef were these what are also known as sacred dances. They're almost like an enforced practice to draw your centers out in a very simple way. The harmony that Gogef's talking about isn't about you trying to like stick to a line it's about you opening yourself to a higher will because you're opening yourself to something more than you which really is sort of God's will.
