Are Ucranians Equally Welcome?
In refugee sit ations, there's usually a kind of hierarchy. You see that in britain after the second world war. I'm talking about forced laborers who were wrenched from their homes by naes during theSecond World War. And most of them, some came from france and belgium, but most come from eastern europe. The end of the war, they're there in germany and austria. Some of them want to go home; others don't want to leave because soviet union has absorbed baltic states. It was much less happy to accept poles than lithuanians or latian refugees.
