How to Wake Up Early in the Morning

I tend to wake up at 5 AM or 6am in order to do what I need to do. The first couple times you try, it's going to be hard and there’s going to be a learning curve. But the biggest difference is that you do have to sleep earlier in order to wake up earlier. You can't expect to keep your midnight sleeping schedule and think like, I'm going to be great.
